  • Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, we will remove the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material. If the user believes that their material has been wrongly removed, they may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:
  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. The user’s name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the user’s address is located, or if the user’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. The user’s electronic or physical signature.
